At Ozmosis, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel and accessories. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and labels remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated collection point, then use your tracking number to monitor its journey back to our warehouse.
